Identifying the most appropriate clients for CBM could happen through a particular Mindfulness teacher’s area of interest. Or there could be an approach from another organisation wishing to collaborate to develop a Mindfulness course for the population they serve; or it could come directly from the community itself. Possible examples: people with chronic illnesses like Parkinson’s or cancer; people working in the Third Sector; OAPs; people recovering from mental illness, addiction or homelessness.
